Renata Mello Feltrin is the mother of Mariana and Carolina, executive director of CI&T, with more than 20 years' experience in the technology market, she has built an executive career focused on innovation and digital transformation strategies, working in various sectors such as finance, retail, consumer goods, entertainment, industry and health, having the privilege of working with many of the biggest Brazilian and global brands and companies. Curious, non-conformist, passionate about technology and a builder of futures.
She is currently on the board of B2B Mammy, a Socialtech that connects mothers in a community so that they can be leaders and financially free through education, networking, health and well-being; Fleximedical, a social business certified by Sistema B®️ and a pioneer in the construction and architecture of mobile health units; on the Technology Board of the Ame Sua mente Institute, a Civil Society Organization that develops projects based on scientific research with a focus on promoting mental health in Brazilian public schools; is Co-founder in the creation of C2T, a Governance Certification for Technology Advisors.
