The 2017 edition featured a debate on how Lean can help companies survive and overcome challenges on a daily basis, through Lean Transformation, which brings excellent long-term sustainable results. The secret to success is to understand and practice continuous improvement in order to constantly advance towards excellence in processes and, above all, to achieve excellence in leadership.
The event demonstrated that Lean is not just for production! It’s a holistic approach that covers all areas of the company. Several international leaders and gurus shared examples of benchmarks they have achieved in both production and administrative areas and will share the leadership experiences they have encountered along the way to Top-Performance.
