With over 12 years' experience at Suzano, he has held various leadership positions in production, quality and innovation. He has a degree in Chemical Engineering and postgraduate studies in Business Management and Executive Programs at the Kellogg School of Management and Domenech.

His mission is to manage industrial processes efficiently, sustainably and profitably, always seeking operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
